I will explain some usage rules
1. All products in Cottoncandystore are shipped to Korea from overseas and then shipped back to you
- The default delivery time may take an average of three weeks, including the time of delivery from the country of origin to Korea
- Delivery may be delayed depending on the circumstances, Please buy carefully
2. All sales are subject to the Korean rules for exchange & return- Customer's remorse, except for the negligence of the Cottoncandystore, will not be compensated
- If you have any complaints about the product, please let us know through the Q & A board within 7 days after receipt
- The compensation for the matters received will be notified through an internal meeting.
3. Payment is currently only supported by PayPal
4. From the day after the order is completed, no changes or cancellations can be made midway
- If you want to change or cancel, please contact the Q & A board by 6pm that day
In connection with the notice, the cotton candy store will not compensate for any disadvantage caused by the customer's fault
